摘要
针对离心式空压机振动故障进行分析,诊断出振动故障的原因,准确地找出了故障源。因空气吸入口过滤器过滤效果差,造成灰尘在叶轮上不均匀沉积而破坏了转子动平衡,表现为振动值随着运行时间的延长而逐渐增大。使用精密高效空气过滤器,可以根除由此引起的振动故障。
The source of fault of the centrifugal compressor's vibration has been accurately pinpointed and the cause of the failure has been diagnosed by analyzing the centrifugal compressor's vibration fault. Because of the poor filtration effect of the filter at the entrance of the compressor, dust has adhered on the surface of the impellers, breaking the active balance of the rotor, and causing the vibration increasing with the time gradually. This vibration fault can be eradicated by using a precise high efficient air filter.
