摘要 分析了高炉煤气流的分布以及布料工艺,通过检测高炉炉顶煤气流量以及其它高炉的检测设备和控制参数,如煤气成分在线检测、料面红外图像等,通过数学分析计算,找出在各种条件下煤气流量的变化及其变化率的大小、煤气成分、料面温度场等与炉况的关系,建立了高炉炉顶煤气流量与布料以及悬料,崩料和管道的异常炉况的关系模型。 This paper firstly analyzed the distribution of gas flow of BF as well as burden distribution process, through gas flow of the top of blast fumace as well as other measurement instrument and control parameter, such as online detected coal gas ingredient, infrared image of burden surface profile, and so on, through the mathematical analysis and computation, discovers relations under different kinds of conditions between the status of BF and some parameters, like the change of gas flow, the rate of change, the coal gas ingredient, the burden temperature surface field. The relational model between gas flow of the top of blast furnace and the burden , hanging, slip and abnormal pipeline conditions is established in this paper.
