中药对缺血性卒中模型大鼠神经功能重塑的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究补益肝肾中药复健片对大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)大鼠星形胶质细胞活性及神经轴突生长的作用。方法:运用免疫组织化学方法,观察MCAO大鼠模型脑组织胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、神经生长相关蛋白质(GAP-43)指标的变化及复健片对其影响。结果:复健片可增强GFAP、GAP-43的表达,并且GFAP与GAP-43表达呈显著正相关。结论:复健片可诱导缺血性卒中后神经功能重塑,与该药改善星形胶质细胞活性,促进神经轴突的再生有关。 Objective:To explore effects of Fujian Tablets on activity of astrocytes and axonal regeneration in the ischemic stroke model rat.Methods:The ischemic stroke model rat was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Glial fibrillary acid protein(GFAP)and growth-associated protein-43(GAP-43)were determined with immunohistochemical method and were used to evaluate the effects of Fujian Tablets on the activity of astrocytes and axonal regeneration.Results:Fujian Tablets increased expressions of both GFAP and GAP-43 in the brain of MCAO rat,and there was significantly positive cor-relativity between GFAP and GAP-43 expressions.Conclusion:Fujian Tablets can promote axonal regeneration and induce re-modeling of nervous functions in the ischemic stroke model rat,which are related with improving action of Fujian Tablets on activity of astrocytes.
