初诊Graves病患者治疗前后空腹血清ghrelin水平与胰岛素抵抗的关系 被引量：11

摘要 ghrelin是1999年被发现，由胃肠道分泌的28个氨基酸的多肽，其作用除促进生长激素分泌外，还与能量代谢等密切相关。本研究主要观察Graves病患者治疗前在负能量代谢平衡下及治疗3个月后空腹血清ghrelin水平的变化，进一步分析空腹血清ghrelin水平与空腹血浆血糖（FPG）、空腹胰岛素（Fins）及HOMA胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA—IR）的关系。
