摘要
钢丝网泡沫混凝土轻质墙板是采用双层钢丝网加强的泡沫混凝土墙板。其体积密度596kg/m3，抗弯性能接近承重构件，保温性能相当于普通粘土砖的5～7倍，耐火极限不小于25h，是一种有良好发展前景的墙体材料。介绍了该板的生产工艺、产品的物理力学性能。
The steel wire web and foam concrete light wall board is a kind of foamed concrete wall board strengthened by double layers of steel wire web with density of 596 kg/m3. The resistance to bending is close to load bearing component. The property of thermal insulating equals 5~7 times of normal clay brick. The fireproof limit is not less than 2. 5 h. This kind of wall rnaterial will have a good prospect. The paper introduces the production process, mechanical and physical performance of this kind of board.
