摘要 为解决柔性长轴的加工问题,通过对轴加工中的切削力、振动以及切削点受力的误差理论分析,提出1种针对柔性长轴的拉伸式加工长轴新工艺方案.该方案通过特制工装,使长轴在加工中始终处于"拉直"状态,以增强长轴在加工中的刚性,提高加工精度.新工艺为不同长径比的轴类零件加工工艺提供解决生产实际问题的途径.特制工装获中国专利. In order to solve the problem of machining flexible long shafts, a new kind of extending technology is proposed through analyzing the cutting forces, the vibrations and the force errors on the cutting point in machining. According to this technology, a set of special jig and fixture is produced to make the flexible long shafts maintain the straightened state in machining. It enhances the rigidity of the shafts in machining, and improves the machining precision. It provides a way to solve practical problems in machining shafts which have different ratios of length and diameter in the production. The special jig and fixture is awarded a national patent of China.
