摘要
以涤纶织物为基材,制备了一种铜/锡柔性电磁屏蔽面料。通过粗化、敏化、活化、强化和化学镀等处理,在涤纶表面上形成一层约3μm铜镀层;然后采用电镀方法在基材表面形成2μm锡镀层。测试表明,铜/锡柔性电磁屏蔽织物具有良好的导电性和电磁屏蔽效能。
A flexible electromagnetic shielding fabrics made from PET fabric coated with copper/tin were prepared, and the preparation processes were optimized. Via caustic treatment, sensitization, catalysis, activation, strengthening and chemical plating, a thin copper layer about 3 μm was deposited onto PET filament substrate. Then a second layer of tin about 2 μm was formed by electroplating. It was showed that copper/tin flexible electromagnetic shielding fabrics had good conductive and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.
