目前毛毯和毛绒类织物印花后蒸化设备的结构不尽合理,产品易出现色斑、色差,且废品率高和浪费能源等。新研制的MH698型长环蒸化机采用二次饱和蒸汽加热技术,可提供充足的新鲜饱和蒸汽,并减少蒸汽消耗;其自动加湿功能消除了箱内蒸汽的过热;光电吹风成环稳定可靠,消除了织物褶皱形成的搭色污染,在节能降耗和自动控制方面优势明显。
Most of current steamers for blanket or flocky prints have many deficiencies in their structures, which result in high energy and steam consumptions. A new type of long-loop steamer was launched, which featured energy saving and emission reduction, as well as automatic control system. It could provide adequate fresh saturated steam for fabric steaming process. With automatic humidification system, the overheating could be avoided. As loop formation was controlled by photoelectrical scanning device and blowing device, color overlapping caused by the crease of the fabrics could be eliminated.
