摘要 文章提出并设计了一种矿井轨道运输嵌入式监控终端,论述了终端的软硬件设计思路。该终端以低功耗的MC68HC908GZ60单片机为核心,采用专用计轴传感器实时监测轨道矿车运行,实现对矿车运行数据的采集、故障监测和报警,以及将故障和报警信息与各项矿车运行数据通过CAN总线上传至地面监测主站等功能。现场运行表明,终端在井下恶劣环境中本质安全,实时性好,工作稳定可靠。 In the paper, the design of an embedded monitoring terminal for tram road transport in coal mines is presented, and the details of software and hardware design are expounded. The terminal is designed by using the low-power MCU--MC68HCg08GZ60, and the professional wheel sensor is utilized to detect the trams' running so as to collect the data of tramps running, monitor exceptional events and give alarms. The failure and alarm information and trams' running data are transmitted through the CAN bus to the main ground monitoring stations. The field experiments have proved that the terminal is intrinsically safe and real-time and works stably and reliably in the mine's harsh environment.
