摘要
文章对淀粉接枝丙烯酸高吸水树脂的生物降解性能进行了研究。采用无机盐平板法考察了黑曲霉、米曲霉、地衣芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌对高吸水树脂的降解作用,探讨了温度、pH值对降解过程的影响,分析了降解率与淀粉酶活、接枝率的关系。结果表明,黑曲霉、米曲霉对树脂的降解率大于树脂的未接枝率,淀粉接枝丙烯酸高吸水树脂具有较好的生物降解性能。
The superabsorbent of starch graft sodium acrylate was synthesized and its biodegradation was investigated by using the samples incubated with Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus Subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis. The effect of temperature and pH value on the biodegradable process was analyzed, and the relationships of the mass loss with the degree of grafting and the starch enzyme activity were discussed. The result shows that inherent biodegradability was higher than the ungrafting ratio of the starch on the polymer, and the graft copolymer showed higher biodegradable properties.
