摘要
以大型机械装备智能维护系统与一般意义智能系统的比较分析方式,论述了大型机械装备智能维护系统的特性。分析大型机械装备智能维护系统信息和知识库的构成原则,以及其可靠性对于知识的针对性和先验性的依赖关系。对于正向求解问题的模糊的病态结构,提出普适性和针对性知识是基本源知识的思想,明确了知识库初始化重要于系统的自学习。
This paper discusses the characteristics of the intelligent maintenance system (IMS) of large-sized rnechanieal equipment by comparing the IMS of large mechanical equipment with nor- mal intelligence system. It analyzes various principles by which the information and knowledge tank of the IMS of large-sized mechanical equipment are composed of, and explores the interde- pendence between the reliability of the IMS of large-sized mechanical equipment and the perti- nence and apriority of knowledge. In respect to the vague malfunctioning structure of solution making by a direct approach, we set forth the idea that universal adaptability and directly targeted knowledge are the basic source knowledge, and proposes that the initialization of knowledge tank is more important than the self-learning ability of the system.
