摘要
在吐温-80存在下,研究了铜(Ⅱ)与铍试剂Ⅲ的显色反应条件,建立了分光光度法测定微量铜的新方法。实验表明,在pH=9.07硼砂-盐酸缓冲溶液中,络合物的最大吸收峰位于564 nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.35×10^5L/(mol.cm),检出限为0.02μg/mL。10 mL显色液中铜(Ⅱ)在0.06-3.2μg范围内符合比尔定律。该方法可用于铝合金和水样中铜(Ⅱ)的测定,回收率在98.4%-104.6%之间,RSD在1.03%-5.20%范围内。
The conditions of color reaction of Cu(Ⅱ) with Berryllon m in the presence of Tween- 80 are obtained and a new spectrophotometrie method for the determination of micro Cu(Ⅱ) is found. Research results show that in the buffer solution (pH= 9.07 ) of Na2B4 O7-HCl, the maxi- mum absorption peak stands at 564 nm and apparent molar absorption coefficient is 1.35×10^5 L/ (mol·cm). Lambert-Beer law is applicable within the range of 0.06-3.2 μg for Cu(Ⅱ) in 10 mL colored solution. The detection limit is 0.02 μg/10 mL. This method can be used to deter- mine and trace Cu( Ⅱ ) in aluminium alloy and water. The RSD and recovery rate are 1.03 %--5. 20% and 98.4%--104.6% respectively.
