摘要
稳定的规模化游客流是经营性旅游景区的生命线,游客满意度是游客流的根本动力。在实地调查研究的基础上,运用灰色关联分析方法对连云港市4个4A级景区的顾客满意度进行了测评;最后指出连云港市相关部门应开发特色旅游项目,构建旅游企业优质服务体系,加强旅游产品的宣传力度,营造良好的旅游环境,以期为旅游景区经营管理者提供决策参考。
A steady tourist flow of a large scale is the lifeline for the management of scenic spots, and tourists'satisfaction is the fundamental driving force to attract tourist flows. Based on a field study, the customers' satisfaction of the major four 4A-class scenic spots is evaluated in terms of grey correlation analysis. Besides, suggestions are put forward for scenic spot practitioners and pertinent local departments, including the development of feature traveling projects, formulation of high-quality service systems in traveling enterprises, enhancement of the publicity of tourist products, and the construction of a salubrious traveling environment.
