摘要
实验观察了连云港条斑紫菜叶状体各部位的营养细胞形态特征及营养细胞向生殖细胞——果胞及果孢子囊的转化特性。结果表明,条斑紫菜叶状体从基部到中部再到梢部,其细胞越来越小,细胞颜色由浅绿色渐变为黄褐色再渐变成紫褐色,细胞形态由蝌蚪形或椭圆形变为多边形又渐变为近圆形,细胞壁厚度逐渐变薄。并且不同部位的营养细胞分化发育成生殖细胞——果胞及果孢子囊的潜能存在差异:营养细胞向生殖细胞转化多数发生于叶状体的梢部,并且是靠近边缘的部位先开始逐渐向中央部位发展。
Experiments were made to observe the morphological features of vegetative thallus cells of Porphyra yezoensis, and the characteristic of vegetative cells that have developed into germ ceils, carpogonium and carposporangium. Results show that the cell size becomes smaller gradu- ally from the base to the top, the cell color changes from pale green to yellowish brown and then to purple brown, the cell form changes from a tadpole-shape to an oval shape, then to a polygon and finally into a suborbicular cell, and the cell-wall thickness becomes thinner gradually. The potentiality for vegetative cells to develop into germ cells are different in accordance with the difference of cell parts. The development mostly takes place at the top of the thallus with carpo- gonium developing gradually from the edge to the center.
