摘要
以醋酸铅、钛酸四丁酯为原料,三乙醇胺为螯合剂,冰醋酸为催化剂,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制得了钛酸铅凝胶纤维,并将其在不同温度、不同时间、不同升温速率下进行热处理,得到钛酸铅陶瓷纤维。本文通过FT-IR、TGA-DTA、XRD、SEM表征手段,重点研究了退火温度、退火时间、升温速率等条件对陶瓷纤维微观结构和表面形貌的影响,确定了凝胶纤维的热处理工艺,制得了均匀、致密、光滑的纳米结构钛酸铅陶瓷纤维。
By using Pb (CH3COO)2·3H2O and Ti (OC4H9)4 as precursors, and triethanolamine (TEA) ,glacial acetic acid,ethanol absolute are added to form Lead titanate (PbTiO3) gel fibers by the Sol-Gel method. Depending on the differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA),scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform in- frared spectroscopy(FTIR), we study the influences of annealing temperature, time and heating rate on the morphology and microstructure of the fibers. Heat treatment process of gel fibers is confirmed and nanostructual lead titanate ceramic fibers with the uniform, smooth and compact are obtained.
