生物质干馏热解工艺的设计与实现

摘要 利用农林废弃物为原料,经干馏热解,使原料中的碳、氢元素转化成氢气、甲烷、一氧化碳等混合可燃气体,同时产生副产品木炭、木醋液和木焦油。该项目的推广,不仅解决了农民燃气做饭问题,而且作为可再生能源的开发应用具有深远的意义。 Using forestry and agricultural residues as material, carbon and hydrogen in the materials were changed into mixing combustible gases which contained hydrogen gas, methane, carbon monox- ide through carbonization and pyrolysis. Meanwhile, charcoal, wood vinegar and wood tar were pro- duced as byproducts. The popularization and application of this technology not only can meet the de- mand for the farmers cook gases, but also has further significance for the exploitation of renewable energy.
