摘要
采用碱石灰烧结法,对脱硅粉煤灰中提取氧化铝过程进行了研究,系统探讨了熟料烧成条件对氧化铝溶出率的影响。实验结果表明:烧结过程中,在生料配比CaO/SiO2值为2.0、Na2O/Al2O3值为1.0,烧结温度为1200℃,保温时间60分钟的烧结条件下烧成熟料,在规定的溶出条件下,熟料中Al2O3的溶出率可达90%以上。
With alkali lime sintering process, the alumina extracting from desiliconized fly ash process was studied. The effect of grog refractory sintering condition on alumina extraction rate has been systematically analyzed. The results show that the alumina extraction rate could be up to above 90 96 under a defined extraction terms with the sintered grog refractory by the following sintering process: ratio of raw feed rate CaO/SiO2 = 2.0, Na2O/ Al2O3 = 1.0 and sintering temperature 1200℃, holding time 60min.
