The paper narrates the test procedure in replacing the chain speed gearbox of old style rotor spinner with frequency conversion speed regulator in middle and small textile enterprises. Through analysis with contrast and test before and after the test the author points out that it can reduce production cost and enhance the technical equipment performance and product quality to replace the old style rotor spinner with the frequency conversion speed regulator.
