摘要
简要阐述了地理标志的概念及其与商标的区别,对比了我国现在存在的三个地理标志保护机构及其各自保护范围,探讨了当前我国地理标志产品保护存在问题及其对策,并例举了目前我国陶瓷行业申报地理标志产品保护的情况。
This article introduced the geographical indications and expound the difference between geographical indications & trade mark, compared the protection content and range in the three government departments at present, discussed the existent problems and resolution methods for the protection of geographical indications, and listed the protection status of geographical indications products in ceramics industry.
