陶瓷复合铝锆碳水口在低合金钢中的使用

摘要 在生产低合金钢的过程中,发现原水口存在烘烤难度大、渣线侵蚀严重、使用寿命短等问题。针对这些问题研究开发了陶瓷复合铝锆碳水口,实践证明使用陶瓷复合铝锆碳水口,无需烘烤,内孔抗冲刷性能及抗热冲击性能、抗侵蚀能力有了明显提高,水口使用寿命增加。文章就陶瓷复合铝锆碳水口的原料制作、使用情况、使用效果等作了简要论述。 In the production process of low-alloy steel, several discovered such as baking is very difficult, serious erosion of slag line, problemes of original outlet were short life and so on. To deal with these problems, composite ceramic aluminum zirconium carbon outlet was researched and developed. Practice shows that the use of carbon ceramic composite zirconium outlet without baking, with the hole of anti-erosion properties and thermal shock resistance, anti-erosion capacity markedly improved, and its service life was prolonged. This article briefly discussed the production of raw materials and the use effects of composite ceramic aluminum zirconium carbon outlet.
