摘要
PLC控制系统的抗干扰是一个复杂的系统工程,涉及到具体的输入输出设备和工业现场的环境,在系统设计、安装和调试阶段,必须对环境做全面分析,确定干扰性质,采取相应抗干扰措施,才能保证系统长期稳定工作。对宝钢集团八钢公司新区265 m2烧结项目的PLC自动化系统进行了研究,分析了外部干扰和内部干扰产生的原因,具体对电源部分、接地部分、输入输出信号、外部配线等干扰源,提出了几种有效的抗干扰技术,并采用了软件抗干扰措施。
The PLC control system's anti-jamming is a complex system engineering, involved with the concrete input-output device and the industry scene environment. In the system design, the installment and the debugging stage, the environment must be ana- lyzed in an all-round way to determine the jamming pattern and the corresponding anti-jamming measures is taken to guarantee sys- tem long-term stability work. This paper makes research on PLC automatic system of new area 265m^2 agglutination project in Baos- han Steel Corporation group No 8 company, analyzes the reason of the exterior and internal disturbance and provides several kinds of effective anti-jamming technologies and software anti-jamming measures for power unit, earth part, noise source, input/output signal, exterior wiring and so on.
