摘要
随着我国构建服务型政府进程的顺利推进,顾客意识越来越受到重视。以顾客为导向的人力资源管理模式就是把组织内部的人力资源顾客化。该文通过对"顾客导向"战略在企业人力资源管理中的应用研究,给出如何将"顾客导向"战略引入公共部门人力资源管理中,构建顾客导向型公共部门人力资源管理的新模式,为我国的公务员制度改革提供新的理论支持并寻求新的发展方向。
Along with the process of advancing to build a service-oriented government, more and more customer awareness are paid attention. Customer-oriented model of human resource management is the customer-based human resources within the organization. Based on the application of "customer-oriented" strategy for human resources management in the enterprise, the paper studies how to introduce the "customer-oriented" strategy for human resource management of public sector. Building a new customer--oriented model of human resources management for public sector provides new theoretical support and new development for China's civil service reform.
