摘要
将破碎粒分别为0%、4%、8%和12%的四组样品同时置于恒温恒湿的培养箱内进行陈化试验。分别于试验开始后的第0天、第7天、第15天、第22天、第30天、第49天、第59天取出实验样品采用GB/T 20570-2006方法检测各组玉米的脂肪酸值。结果表明:随着玉米破损粒含量的增加,玉米脂肪酸值随储藏时间的变化速度加快,即玉米破损粒含量与玉米脂肪酸值递增的速率呈正相关。
Four sets of samples, which breakage content were 0, 4%, 8% and 12% respectively, were placed in a constant temperature and humidity incubator for aging test. On the 0, 7th, 15th, 22nd, 30th, 49th, 59th day after experiment, the samples were taken out and the fatty acid value was determined by GB/T 20570--2006. The results showed that chang speed of fatty acid accelerated with storage time and breakage eontent of corn increasing, and there was a positive correlation between breakage content and increasing rates of its fatty acid value.
