摘要
在有限元分析方法平台下,建立一个受剪切力作用的三维细胞模型,此模型由细胞膜、细胞质和细胞核构成,其中细胞膜为线弹性材料,细胞质与细胞核为粘弹性。计算结果显示,细胞内部细胞核下沿处的应力最大,最大位移发生于细胞顶部,从时间-应力曲线上看出,细胞核与细胞质发生了应力松弛。
In this paper, a three-dimensional single cell model with a cytoplasm and a nucleus that are viscoelastic, and a ceU membrane that is elastic has been established. The cell model was subjected to shear stress on the surface, and the deformation and stress distribution of the cell model was analyzed. Compared with an elastic cell model, it was found that mechanical function of the cell modal with viscoelastic components was strongly influenced by the existence of viscoelasticity in the cell.
