水产动物卵巢脂类积累影响卵细胞成熟的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,亲鱼的脂类营养问题引起了学者们的普遍关注。作为卵黄重要组成部分的脂类物质,是子代进行胚胎发育的主要能源物质和组织器官的构建物质。因此,对亲鱼卵巢中脂类营养的研究,对促进卵细胞成熟过程中脂类的功能特性研究尤为重要。笔者对近年国内外在水产动物卵黄发生以及积累特征,亲体脂类营养对产卵量、胚胎及仔鱼发育的影响,脂类在卵巢发育过程中的动态变化以及肝脏在卵巢脂类积累中的作用进行了综述。 The lipid nutrition of parent fishes has aroused the universal concerns to researchers recently. As animportant component of egg yolk, lipid is the major substance for energy supply, tissues and organs' building in embryo development. Especially, the study on lipid nutrition in parent fishes is important to understand the functions and characters of lipid in the development of ovary. This paper reviewed the vitellogenesis and the features of accumulation, the effect of lipid nutrition of broodstock on fecundity, the development of embryo and larval of aquatic animals domestic and international. Also the dynamics of lipids in the development procrss of ovary, and the function of liver in lipid accumulation in the ovary were summarized as well.
