摘要
花生红衣为豆科植物花生的种皮,对其研究和应用可提高花生的综合利用价值和经济价值。采用浸提法从花生红衣中提取红色素,并对花生红衣中红色素的提取条件进行了优化研究。结果表明,提取最佳条件为:提取温度60℃,提取时间3 h,料液比1 g∶15 mL(花生红衣∶乙醇),乙醇体积分数60%,pH 6时,提取率最高。
To improve comprehensive utilization of peanut, extraction optimization ofred pigment from peanut skin with lixiviating method were studied. The result shows that the best extraction rate is at conditions of 60% volume fraction of alcohol, 60℃, 1: 15 solid-liquid ratio with pH 6 for 3 h extraction.
