摘要
为了研究无籽西瓜快速繁殖技术,以无籽西瓜试管苗的茎段为外植体,进行组织培养研究。结果表明,诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,愈伤组织正常且长势较好;以培养基MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L不定芽分化现象出现最早;生根阶段以培养基1/2 MS+IAA 0.2 mg/L生根效果最好,生根时间短且根系长而粗。该技术可用于无籽西瓜的快速繁殖。
The stems of test-tube seedlings of aspermous watermelon were cultured to study the rapid reproductive technique of aspermous watermelon. The results showed that the optimum medium for inducing calli, differentiation adventitious buds and roots was MS +6-BA 2.0 mg/L -4- NAA 0.1 mg/L, MS +6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0. 5 mg/L and 1/2 MS+IAA 0. 2mg/L respectively. The technique can be used in rapid production of aspermous watermelon.
