家电下乡作为目前一项重要的惠农政策,担负着刺激农村消费,统筹内需与外需的任务。从分析家电下乡项目的利益相关者入手,确定了各主体的角色、责任及特点,分析了项目推进过程中的一些实际问题,深入探讨了我国农村消费市场的开发策略。
The project of Spreading Household Electrical Appliances to Farmers is the important favor policy for farmers, which carries the task to promote rural consumption and overall plans domestic and abroad demand. The paper defines the role, responsibility and characteristic of different main bodies from analyzing the stakeholders of the project of Spreading Household Electrical Appliances to Farmers, analyzes the actual problems in the implement process of the project and discusses the strategies to further develop rural consumption market in China.
