社区图书馆建设体系探析

Analysis on Construction System of Community Library

本文在分析社区图书馆建设的必要性的基础上,提出了构建社区图书馆建设体系的五大机制:政策法规机制、多渠道资金投入机制、信息资源共享机制、人才培养机制、长效发展机制,以期能为社区图书馆的发展提供保障。

Based on the analysis of the necessities of community library construction, in order to provide the safeguard for community library development, this paper puts forward five mechanisms, such as the policies and regulations mechanism, the multi -channel funding investing mechanism, information resource sharing mechanism, the personnel training mechanism, long term effect development mechanism on how to build community library construction system.
