Multi-dimensional Perspective of the Communist Party's Ruling Crisis in New Era

加强党的执政能力建设是新时期党的建设的关键步骤和核心工程,也是一个带有全局性和前瞻性的重大战略课题。执政风险问题研究,是党的执政能力建设中的重点领域和重要课题。新形势下加强党的执政能力建设,深化和拓展党的执政理论研究,必须清醒认识和努力克服党的执政风险,强化和构筑党的执政安全,夯实党的执政基础和执政地位,大力提升党的执政活力和执政竞争力,这已成为人们的普遍共识和共同心声。文章就相关重要研究成果进行了扼要综述和系统梳理,以期为后续研究提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Under the new situation, the research on the construction of the ruling capability of the Party is a new hot-point in the field of the study of Party construction. It is also the basic requirement to achieving the aims of ruling. Recently,lots of theorists study on the ruling theory and have achieved positive results. They think that the ruling crisis is one of the key contents of the ruling theory of the CPC. This paper, in order to offer some references for the further research, systematically outlines all the researches since 1999.
