As the new employment situation raises a higher demand on the undergraduate＇s ability and quality, cultivating them based on ability-oriented mode becomes an important task of higher education. Freshmen are quite potential in accepting new knowledge as well as diversified in characters when entering colleges. Thus it＇s very crucial to instruct them with correct theories. Building an education system based on the ability-oriented mode with the combination of abilities in adapting, studying, working and profession will not only lay a solid foundation for their education, but also play a significant role in their overall development.
