On Application of Schema Strategy to Cultivating Students' Communicative Ability

文章根据图式理论,从建构、丰富学生的形式图式和内容图式着手,从激活学生的已存图式以及正确对待学生在语言输出过程中的错误三方面来探讨如何建立一个有效的语言输出系统,为学生创造语言信息输出的条件,保证学生在听、说、读、写等方面平衡发展,提高学生的综合语言素质。

Current college English teaching gives more priority to putting-in skills like reading and listening among four basic skills, which impairs our teaching objective of communicative ability. The present paper uses schema strategy, which is one of most useful cognitive theories, to discuss how to establish an effective system to balance the development of four skills and to increase students＇ communicative ability.
