This paper reveals the problems in the personnel archives management in colleges and universities nowadays and analyzes the negative effect on the reestablishment of personal records in colleges and universities. And as for the reestablishment of personal records, it puts forward some suggestions to perfect the personnel archives management in colleges and universities.
