摘要
论述了4GRS-1000玉米秸秆揉丝机主要参数的设计、计算及性能试验。该机可由36.7~44.1kW拖拉机悬挂,由液压机构控制升降。为了适应各种存贮饲料的要求,揉丝长度可调整,能在田间一次性连续完成玉米秸秆切割、整机输送、喂入、揉丝和物料收集等项目作业。通过性能与生产试验表明,机具各项指标均达到设计要求以及玉米秸秆揉丝收获技术要求。
