摘要
针对目前农村电网监控系统不完善及广泛采用A/D+MCU方式的电能参数监测仪表电路复杂、CPU计算量大、实时性不好等缺点,研制了一种基于高精度三相电能专用计量芯片ATT7022B和抗干扰能力强的AVR单片机Mega128的新型农村电网综合监测仪表。给出了硬件原理图和软件设计流程图;重点讨论了电能芯片数据的处理和校表方法。实际运行结果表明,该仪表具有测量精度高、实时性强、人机界面良好和通讯功能强大等特点。
Energy parameter monitoring instrument that adopted the mode of A/D + MCU widely has the defects of complex circuit, great amount of computation of CPU, and low real - time capacity, and also has imperfect of the rural power network monitoring system, so a new integrated electrical power monitoring instrument for rural power network is developed based on high precision three -phase energy metering IC ATT7022B and high ant -jamming AVR single chip Mega128 as MCU. The detailed hardware circuit diagram and software flow chart are presented in the paper, meanwhile the data - processing of energy metering chip and the calibration method are mainly discussed. The practical running results have proved that this measuring instrument has high measuring accuracy, strong real - time capacity, favorable human - machine interface and powerful communication capabilities.
