摘要
根据自走式不分行青贮机工作的性能要求,确定了影响其切割效果的主要参数及其变化范围。通过二次回归正交试验,分析了所选择的3个因素对试验指标的影响,进而建立了描述试验指标与影响因素之间定量关系的数学模型。以毛刺长度为目标函数,以确定的参数变化范围和工作指标限制为约束条件,对参数进行了优化设计,对刀片参数设计具有指导意义,为试验研究提供了科学依据和理论基础。
Based on the working properties of the Self - propelled Row Independent Forage Harvester, the main design parameters affecting cutting effect and their possible varying ranges in it were determined. The influences of 3 selected factors on experimental results were analyzed quadratic regressive orthogonal experiment, and the mathematical models describing the relations of design parameters and experimental criteria were developed. The parameters of the forage harvester were designed y CAD technology with minimum length of the maize as functional goal and with the determined varying range of the parameters and the working demand of the machine restriction limits. Finally, a verification test was carried out to examine the effects of the optimal combination of parameters on energy consumption. It is instructive for the design of the knife, and the science gist and the theory foundation for experimental research were founded.
