摘要
BOT融资方式是利用市场机制,吸收社会资金和外资参与公路建设的一种极为重要的融资方式,为我国公路建设和运营发挥了重要作用。文章主要分析了我国BOT公路项目在运营管理上出现的问题,并有针对性的提出对策,以确保我国BOT公路项目顺利运营。
BOT is an important financing way by using market mechanisms which absorbing social capital and foreign investment to build highway. It plays an important role in developing highway＇ s building and operation in China. In the present paper, the problems are analyzed in the process of operation management in BOT highway project; and the solution strategies are studied corresponding, which can ensure the affluent operation of BOT highway project.
