摘要
鼻咽癌是我国南方及东南亚地区常见的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁人类健康.鼻咽癌的发生、发展是一个多因素、多基因和多阶段的过程,其基因的异常要远远先于形态改变.进行鼻咽癌发生发展中分子机制及相关基因的研究,为临床上寻找病因、早期诊断及病理分型等方面提供重要的理论依据.基因芯片作为近几年发展起来的一项新兴分子生物技术,具有高通量、准确、高效信息检测的特点,能够研究细胞内所有基因的表达谱,同时获得成千上万个基因活化的模式,为肿瘤临床诊断和治疗提供了强有力的工具.参15.
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is the common malignant tumor in South China and Southeast Asia, which is a serious threat to human health. The development of NPC is a multi - factor, multi - gene and multi - stage process, and the abnormal gene is far ahead of the change in shape. The research on NPC in the development of molecular cause of the clinical, early mechanism and related genes is to diagnosi technology in the near future, gene provide important theoretical basis on s, pathological type and so on. As a newly developed mo chips have characteristics as high -throughput, accurate finding technology in the near future, gene chips have characteristics as high -throughput, accurate and efficient detection of the information, which is able to study all cell gene expression profiling, and at the same time, it can acquire tens of thousands of genes activated mode, which provides a powerful tool for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors. This paper reviews the application and research development of gene chip technology on NPC in the recent years. 15refs.
