农民发展权问题探析

On Problems of Right to Development of Farmer

在人权的基础上,从政治、经济、哲学和文化的角度探讨了农民发展权的合理性与现实中存在的问题,从而论证了必须从立法救济、行政救济、司法救济和社会救济方面全面建构农民发展权的制度实践。

Based on the human rights, from the political, economic, philosophical and cultural perspective, the rationality of farmer development right and the problems existing in reality are discussed. The research results show that the system practice of the farmer development right should be constructed comprehensively from the aspects of the legislative relief, the administrative remedies, the judicial relief and the social assistance.
