摘要 粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土砌块是以水泥、石灰、粉煤灰等为原料,经磨细、搅拌浇注、发气膨胀、蒸压养护等工序制造而成的多孔混凝土,是国内外公认的适应建筑节能的新型环保墙体材料之一.用它砌筑墙体能减轻建筑物的自重,降低综合造价,但较易开裂.裂缝的产生不仅严重影响墙体外观质量,更重要的是引起渗漏,影响建筑物的使用功能,导致墙体含湿量大幅度提高,进而显著降低墙体的保温隔热功能.因此,开裂是制约加气混凝土工程应用的核心技术问题,在北方地区冻融破坏也是制约其发展的又一重要因素.笔者通过对其成因进行分析,在提出对粉煤灰、石灰进行活化的同时,加入纤维与外加剂等一系列措施,探讨如何从材料自身改善粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土的开裂、抗冻融等问题. Fly-ash autoclaved aerated concrete block is based on cement, lime, fly ash as raw materials by ground, stirring pouring, the gas expansion, autoclave manufacturing processes from the conservation of porous concrete. Are recognized at home and abroad to adapt to new environmental protection energy-saving building materials, one of the wall. Masonry wall can use it to reduce the weight of buildings, reduce total cost, but more prone to cracking. Cracks in the wall have a serious impact on not only the appearance of quality and, more importantly, are caused by leakage, the use of the building function, resulting in substantial increase in the wall moisture content, thereby significantly reducing the thermal insulation function of the wall. Thus, the solution to cracking problem constraints are aerated con- crete engineering application problem of core technology, however, freeze-thaw damage in the northern region is also constrained the development of another important factor. Therefore this paper an analysis of its causes in order to make fly ash, lime-activated at the same time to add fiber and admixture agent, material itself, such as freeze-thaw resistance and so on.
