老年口腔颌面癌症患者的手术治疗研究

Surgical Therapy for Senile Oral and Maxillofacial Carcinoma

目的探讨老年口腔颌面癌症患者的手术治疗经验。方法回顾154例老年口腔颌面癌症患者的临床资料,分析研究其伴发疾病、手术方式以及围手术期治疗的特点。结果82例伴有系统性疾病,主要的伴发疾病为心血管、糖尿病、呼吸系统疾病等;患者均安全渡过围手术期,无严重并发症发生。结论合理的手术方式、充分的术前准备和完善的术中、术后管理,对于老年口腔癌患者手术以及术后的恢复有着重要意义。

Objective To explore the feature and surgical therapy of senile oral and maxillofacial carcinoma （SOMC）. Methods The clinical data of surgical treatment for 154 cases with SOMC were analyzed retrospectively, and the concomitant diseases, manner of operation and the characterization of per-operative cure were studied. Results 82 cases were accompanied with .concomitant diseases, such as coronary disease, hypertension, diabetes, disease of respiratory system. All patients experienced the operation safely and recovered smoothly, No patients had serve complication. Conclusion The rational surgical procedures, sufficient preoperative preparation,perfect inoperative and postoperative management are critical to the therapy operation.
