面向生命周期的东北农村节能住宅的设计原则

On Design Principles of Rural Energy Efficient House Oriented to the Life Cycle in the North-east Area of China

在能源日益紧缺的今天,生态节能的住宅是新农村建设的主要趋势.通过对东北农村住宅现状的调研,笔者根据生命周期的设计理念,提出面向生命周期的农村节能住宅的设计原则,从而,满足可持续发展要求.

Facing to the condition that energy is lacking day by day, it is the main trend for ＂New Rural＂ to build ecological and energy-saved houses. Through the investigation of the rural houses in the north-east area of China, this paper, based on the design ideas on Life Cycle Assessment, puts forward fundamental design prin- ciples oriented to Whole Life Cycle for rural houses in order to make it meet the need of sustainable development.
