高血压病核素心肌灌注显像临床应用

Diagnostic Value of ^(99m)Tc-MIBI Myocardial Perfusion Imaging in Patients with Hypertension

目的评估核素心肌灌注显像对高血压病临床诊断中的价值。方法对35例高血压病患者进行99m锝-甲氧基异丁基异晴(99mTc-MIBI)心肌灌注显像。结果心肌灌注显像对高血压病患者的检查的阳性率为71.4%。结论99mTc-MIBI心肌灌注显像是安全、无创、方便及费用低的检查方法,临床应用对高血压病的诊断、治疗和预后判断有重要的价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of the ^99mTc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging in patients with hypertension. Methods 35 patients with hypertension received ^99mTc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging. Results The positive rate of the ^99mTc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging was 71.4% in patients hypertension. Conclusion The ^99mTc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging is an effective, safe and painless diagnostic methods for patients with hypertension.
