摘要 目的研究踝肱指数在临床中的应用价值。方法参考近十年的相关文献资料,总结踝肱指数在外周动脉疾病、冠状动脉狭窄、动脉硬化等疾病中的诊断价值以及踝肱指数的优点和不足之处。结果踝肱指数与外周动脉疾病、冠状动脉狭窄、动脉硬化等疾病呈负相关并多以踝肱指数<0.9有临床意义,同时踝肱指数也有上线以1.3和1.4为多,踝肱指数超过上线多认为是心血管事件发生的危险因素。结论踝肱指数是诊断外周动脉疾病、冠状动脉狭窄、动脉硬化等疾病的简单、有效、无创的方法。 Objective To study clinical application of the ankle brachial index. Methods According to relative references in near ten years, we conclude the diagnostic value of the ankle brachial index in peripheral arterial disease, coronary artery stenosis disease and arteriosclerosis, and evaluate the ankle brachial index. Results The ankle brachial index had a negative correlation with the peripheral arterial disease, coronary artery stenosis disease and arteriosclerosis and had elinieal significance only when the number less than 0.9 in most cases. The maximum line of the ankle brachial index approached to 1.3 or 1.4. The risk factors occurring in cardiovascular incidence increased while the range of the ankle brachial index surpassed the maximum line. Conclusion The ankle brachial index is the most simple,effective and non-invasive method to diagnose the peripheral arterial disease, coronary artery stenosis disease and arteriosclerosis.
