64排螺旋CT在膝关节外伤的应用价值探讨

Application Value of 64-Slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Knee Injures

目的探讨64排螺旋CT对膝关节外伤骨折及软组织损伤的应用价值。方法对36例膝关节外伤的患者进行64排螺旋CT检查,采用多平面重建(Multi-Plane Reconstruction,MPR)和容积显示(Volume Reconstruction,VR)等软件处理技术,结合原始横断位图像综合对比分析。结果64排螺旋CT可清晰地显示膝关节各类型的骨折、软组织损伤;关节腔和部分韧带显示。结论64排螺旋CT联合多种重建技术对膝关节外伤检查,能发现X线平片不能显示的骨折征象,同时能显示关节腔和部分韧带,为临床提供准确的诊断依据。

Objective To investigate the value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of knee injures. Methods 64-slice spiral CT scans were performed in 36 cases with knee trauma. The reconstructed imagine from post-scan reconstructions include muhiplane reconstruction （MPR） and volume reconstruction（VR） was analyzed compared to the original axial imagines. Results 64- slice spiral CT demonstrated distinctly various fractures, parenebyma contuse of knee joint, articular cavity and part of ligament. Conclusion Routine 64-slice spiral CT scans addition with post-scan reconstructions can exhibit minimal signs of fractures of knee injures which can not be found in the plain radiography, and display the articular cavity and portions of ligaments of the knee with a similar effect of MRI, and can render accurate basis for clinical diagnosis.
