摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死超早期静脉溶栓治疗的护理方法。方法应用溶栓流程,对20例急性脑梗死患者进行超早期静脉溶栓治疗,观察溶栓前、后病情变化,总结护理体会。结果本组20例患者有14例溶栓成功,5例病情明显减轻,1例患者频发TIA溶栓治疗无效。结论医护密切配合,严格时间窗的选择及护士的密切观察病情、精心护理,是急性脑梗死超早期溶栓治疗的较佳护理方法。
Objective To explore the nursing method of acute cerebral infarction（ACI） patients with ultra-early intravenous thrombolytic therapy. Methods 20 eases of ACI received ultra-early intravenous thrombolytic therapy by application of thrombolytic process. The state of illness was closely observed before and after the thrombolytic therapy. The experience of nursing was summarized. Results Among 20 cases, 14 cases were with successful thrombolysis,5 cases with relieving of the disease, and 1 case with frequent TIA and was invalid. Conclusion The work closely with health care, strict selection of time window, closely observation on state of illness, and the delicate nursing are the better nursing method for ultra-early thrombolytic therapy of ACI.
