全自动胶囊机加工过程控制是该胶囊加工的最重要因素,通过实施加工过程控制方案优化,实现全自动胶囊机加工过程的稳定、准确。本文对影响全自动胶囊机加工过程稳定的各种因素等进行了系统分析,方案论证,并根据实际情况,采用相关部件PID温度调节,进行现场不稳定因素调整,编制稳定加工程序等手段,优化了胶囊机的工艺过程,保证了生产的可靠进行。
