摘要
ASTC技术通过控制连铸机扇形段的开口度,可以达到减少铸坯内部缺陷的目的。提高铸坯质量,ASTC的检测工作是关键环节,检测精度的高低直接影响铸坯内部质量。为提高劳动效率降低劳动强度,研制开发出了ASTC集中检测功能。
The ASTC technique can reduce the internal defect of strand by controlling the roller gap of slab caster＇s segment, calibration of ASTC is the most important work, calibration precision affect the internal quality of strand. In order to reduce laboring difficulty and improve work efficiency, exploiture and research the centralize calibration function of ASTC.
