This paper describes a high-precise slip monitoring instrument, which takes Microcontroller as a core, through the simple effective algorithm, applies the proximity switch and utilizes fully the inherent resources of instrument to realize fast the tachometric survey of motor. The appliance has excellent characteristics, such as the high reliability, the strong ant jamming ability, the quick survey speed, the measuring accuracy and so on. Slip friction clutch process of monitoring are mainly introduced.
