基于欧姆龙PLC的旋臂采样机自动控制系统设计

摘要 本文就当前旋臂采样机的工作方式进行分析,设计、开发了一种新型的自动化悬臂采样机,并对其系统组成、系统功能、系统优缺点等作了详细地介绍。介绍了欧姆龙C200系列可编程控制器和欧姆龙旋转编码器在旋臂采样机的设计中应用情况,实践证明,利用欧姆龙可编程控制器的高速计数功能配合旋转编码器的使用,可有效地实现对回转角度的测量和对设备的回转保护功能,能够达到定位准确、调整方便、安全可靠的目的,利用欧姆龙产品优化设计后的采样机所采样品更具有典型性和代表性。工程应用证明,采用可编程控制器和欧姆龙旋转编码器是旋臂采样机控制系统的最优选择。 This paper introduce a new Mechanical sampling which working on the current radius arm to carry on the analysis, the design, develops one kind of new automated bracket to pick the prototype, and to the system composition, the system function, the system good and bad points and so on did introduced in detail. It describes application situation of OML PLC and rotary coder on bucket stack-reclaimer, the practice shows the application of high speed counter function of programmable controller together with application of rotary angle measurement and rotary protection function to equipment, which is capable of realizing the purpose of accurate positioning, easy adjustment, safety and reliability. The application of project to prove, It is best choice which used of rotary encoders Arm and Omron PLC in the control system of sampling of Machinery.
